Shipping Policy

Products can be shipped anywhere in the 48 Continental United States of America. Currently, we offer Standard shipping - generally UPS Ground. All products are shipped FOB Sitequest eStores or manufacturer/distributor location.

The shipping time refers to the delivery time once the product has been shipped. Most standard products are shipped within 2-3 working days of receipt. Every effort is made to ship items as quickly as possible. Please note that during holiday seasons and times of high demand, delays could be longer than usual.

Shipping charges are based on the product selected. Shipping charges are itemized and displayed in your shopping cart at the time of ordering the product. Occasionally, we offer specials of free shipping. Such specials cannot be combined with any other offer.

All products purchased from the Odyssey Systems are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items will pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

Warranty and Return Policy

Products offered for sale on our site are made available through special relationships with the manufacturer or distributor. While we have taken every conscientious effort to display and describe the products accurately in order to provide you with a good idea of their design and use, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information, including prices, product images, specifications and availability. For all warranty and return policy issues, please contact us directly. In order to process your request we will need know the date purchased, order number, details of the product and the problem. Once we receive this information, one of our customer service representatives will provide you with simple instructions for returning the item or making a warranty claim and/or with providing you a Return Authorization (RA) number. Customer is responsible for returning the product in intact/sellable condition.

30 day return policy as long as the item is in the factory sealed box. All returns are subject to a 25% return charge. Original freight fees are non-refundable and you must call for a return number.

Acceptance of Orders Policy

Receiving an order acknowledgement via e-mail does not guarantee the acceptance of an order. Odyssey Systems. Reserves the right to limit the quantity of items ordered and/or refuse to sell to any customer.
